The client is the largest US-based retailer that operates a chain of hypermarkets, department stores, and grocery stores in the United States and around the globe.
The Challenge:
The client wanted to move out the ad agency dependency who was operating in a shared services model to manage media and advertisement operations and keep the visibility of the revenue to itself and also set up an efficient fulfillment (Campaign Management, Trafficking & Reporting) and billing operations team.
