Our client is an e-commerce mobile application provider offering users rewards for shopping activities both online and in-stores such as walking into stores, scanning items, making in-app or in-store purchases, and submitting receipts.

The Challenge

The client faced 2 primary challenges:

  • Their legacy ad platform was not able to scale up beyond 6 million ads/month. They were not able to convert their premium inventory available into revenue.
  • To scale up, the client was using 3rd Party Ad platforms which resulted in reduced margins, less visibility, and flexibility in running their campaigns.
