The client is home to thousands of communities, endless conversation, and authentic human connection on hot topics like breaking news, sports, TV fan theories, or a never-ending stream of the internet's cutest animals. Every day, millions of people around the world post, vote, and comment in communities organized around their interests.

The Challenge:

The client had high service time (36 to 48 hours turn around) in enabling the ads to live post submission from advertisers with a mandate to maintain brand safety of the brands as their chargeback rates were more than 2.5%:

  • Identifying and removing fraudulent advertisers from the client's ad platform to guarantee correct material is tagged on communities.
  • Reduce the number of user-reported advertisements to keep content and integrity intact.
